Delivery term

Shipment to the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands takes approximately 72 hours after the payment has been confirmed. In the case of shipment to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international orders, delivery may take a few more days depending on the distance from our warehouse in Montcada i Reixac, Barcelona, to ​​the delivery address of the order and the time at which the order is placed.

We are not responsible for possible delays in delivery caused by the courier service.

Payment method

Forms of payment accepted by the BETER eShop are:

1. PAYPAL/CARD:

You will be taken to the PayPal website using their secure payment platform. Once the payment process is complete, you will be redirected back to the BETER eShop.

Once in PayPal you can pay with a Paypal account or credit card, under no circumstances is cash on delivery payment accepted.


Paypal can retain an amount as a deposit or insurance when trying to make a purchase with the card on the PayPal platform (usually a few cents or 1 €). PayPal will reimburse this amount in approximately a month.  

The charge of this amount does not guarantee that the purchase has been made.

2. BY TRANSFER:

You must pay the cost of the order via bank transfer to the account specified on the payment page (Banc Sabadell, ES69 0081 5029 1100 0190 7099). Once BETER receives the order amount, it starts the order and sends you a confirmation email to the address provided.

Order verification and tracking

Immediately after payment has been made and your order has been recorded correctly, you will receive a confirmation email. In the case of national orders, the courier will send an SMS to your mobile number, stating the day of delivery. For international orders, tracking is done through the courier website:

You can access the information with the number of the delivery note of the courier company or the order reference.

If you think you are not going to be at home, they will provide you with a phone number to arrange an appointment. However, if the courier goes and you are not at your home, they will leave you a note telling you to contact them to reschedule the delivery.

Las Islas Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla no forman parte del territorio aduanero de la UE, de modo que los envíos pueden estar sujetos a impuestos y/o aranceles aduaneros. En la mayoría de los casos, las tasas se cobran en el momento de la entrega del paquete, aunque es posible que recibas una notificación por correo solicitándote que te dirijas personalmente a abonar dichas tasas para poder recibir tu paquete. El importe de las tasas puede variar según el peso/importe del paquete. En el caso de los envíos a Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla BETER incluye en el coste del envío el DUA de exportación, a la entrega del producto, el destinatario deberá abonar el DUA de Importación y el IGIC.

 

• Envíos Internacionales: desde 9€, en esta tabla encontrarás precios orientativos de los envíos internacionales en función del peso y el destino.

 Se establecen las siguientes Condiciones de envío:

1. Los envíos se realizan mediante servicio de mensajería.

2. Los costes de envío incluyen en todos los casos el Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido (IVA), pero ningún otro impuesto, tasa, arancel o recargo.

3. Se entiende como envío la entrega de los artículos en domicilio o dirección especificada por durante el proceso de realización del pedido, limitándose como zonas de entrega las relacionadas arriba.

4. BETER entrega los pedidos al servicio de mensajería en un plazo máximo de 72 horas en la Península. No nos responsabilizamos de las posibles demoras de entrega causadas por el servicio de mensajería

 

 Prices

The products will be sold at the price indicated at the time of order confirmation by the customer.

Validity

BETER reserves the right to change prices, articles, offers and other commercial conditions without previous notice.

Courier companies

The company responsible for delivering orders to the requested address is TNT.

Cancelations

To cancel an order, contact atencionalcliente@beter.es, indicate the order number and explain your intention to cancel the order within a maximum period of 4 hours from receipt of the order at Beter Industries.SA

Returns

If the product ordered does not meet your expectations and you want to return it, you must cover the shipping cost to Beter. It is important that you return it in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

If the product is defective or is not the one you requested, BETER will take care of the collection of the goods and change it for the corresponding product. In the cases where it is not possible to change it, because it is out of stock, we will refund you the full amount of the product and shipping costs.

In all cases, the refund of the product will not be carried out until the goods have reached Beter and it has been verified that the product has not been manipulated in any way.

Product Availability

In the case of unavailability of products after the order has been recorded, we promise to inform you and let you know when you can expect to receive the order. In this case you will have the option to cancel your order and receive a refund for the amount you have paid within 15 days from the request for cancellation or to change your order by contacting Customer Service.

Data Protection

To make and track purchases or any other customer services that can be introduced in the future, you need to register your personal details and choose a password for access to restricted areas that require prior identification. This will prevent having to complete them again in the future. At the time of registering on our server or of placing an order, your personal and household data, as well as the transactions completed and taking place, are incorporated into our database, used solely to process the order as well as for tracking. If you have given your express consent, and you do not revoke it, it will also be used to send information regarding offers and services that may be of interest. At any time, you can modify your registration data (change of address, telephone number ....) or ask us for a reminder of your password if you forget it.

We also inform you that, in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th, on Protection of Personal Data, and other current legislation on data protection, personal data contained in this form is incorporated into a file owned by INDUSTRIAS BETER, SA in order to channel requests for information, suggestions and complaints of customers for their management and resolution. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation by contacting INDUSTRIAS BETER, SA Ref.
