Orders and deliveries

How can I know if my order has been placed correctly?  Immediately after payment has been made and your order has been recorded correctly, you will receive an email confirming your order.

When will I receive my order?  Shipment to the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands takes approximately 72 hours after the payment has been confirmed. In the case of shipment to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international orders, it may take a few more days, depending on the distance from our warehouse in Montcada i Reixac, Barcelona, to the delivery address of the order and the time at which the order is placed. We are not responsible for possible delays in delivery caused by the courier service.

Who brings the order to my house?  The order will be delivered to the requested address by the courier company GLS.

What happens if the courier comes to my house and I am not at home?  On collecting the order from our warehouse, the courier will send an SMS to your mobile number indicating the day of delivery. If you think you are not going to be at home, they will provide you with a phone number to arrange an appointment. However, if the courier goes and you are not at your home, they will leave you a note telling you to contact them to reschedule the delivery.
